We are not hiring for any role right now, and we would rather say so than leave a list of vacancies that are not real. When that changes, this page will say so, with what each role involves.

In the meantime you are welcome to introduce yourself. If your experience fits what we build, we would like to hear from you.

What we build

Pinnora is one app for investing, saving, borrowing, trading and paying, used in a web browser on a phone or a computer. Behind it is a server that keeps every balance, order, savings plan, loan and transfer, and the tools our team uses to look after customers. Every product is described here.

The work spans all of it:

• An app people trust with money — fast and clear on a small screen, and installable on a phone without an app store.
• Money that moves exactly once. A retried order is recognised rather than filled twice, a payout can never be paid twice, and money set aside for one thing cannot be spent on another.
• Security that holds up: passkeys, a check before money leaves, sessions tied to their device and alerts on every sign-in. How we protect accounts.
• Support that answers people — through tickets in the app, with the whole conversation kept in one place.

The rules our work is held to

• The cost is shown before it is paid. A fee nobody saw coming is a bug.
• One source of truth. A rate, a fee or a limit is set in one place, and what the customer is shown is what the server does.
• Real reviews only. Every review on the site comes from a real customer; none is made up, and none is taken down for being negative.

How to introduce yourself

E-mail helpdesk@mypinnora.com with the subject Careers. Keep it short:

1. What you would like to work on, and why Pinnora.
2. What you have done that shows it, with a link to your work or a CV if you have one.
3. Where you are based, and how you would prefer to be contacted.

Please do not send identity documents, bank details or anything else we would not need to read your note. How we handle the personal data in a message you send us is explained in our privacy policy.

Beware of fake job offers

Because there are no open roles, any job offer in Pinnora’s name that asks you to pay a fee, buy equipment, move money or send identity documents or bank details is not from us. If you are unsure whether a message really came from Pinnora, write to helpdesk@mypinnora.com and ask before you reply to it.
